How it all started
Over 60 years ago, a family moved to Jackson, GA, and found that there were no Pentecostal churches in the county. Through prayer, and the support of area churches, they began ALC in the living room of their home. From these faithful and humble beginnings, ALC has become a powerful ministry, making significant impact for the Kingdom of God in the region, and around the world. Under the leadership of our Lead Apostle, the global vision of LIFE CHANGE for Jesus Christ is being carried out every day. From the living room of a faithful family, to multiple churches on two continents, the grace of God has been shown to this ministry!
Expanding the vision
As we forge ahead into the future, we truly believe that the greatest days of this ministry are those ahead of us. With the help of our God, we plan to add to our growing list of campuses, which now include Locust Grove, GA; Macon, GA; and Tullamore, Ireland.
Our Compassion Center and REACH teams provide compassionate and evangelistic outreach in our communities. We will continue to add to the missions efforts that we support around the globe, and in our own community, such as Hope Farms Recovery Center, which helps rescue women from life-controlling circumstances. An ever-increasing global vision requires ever-increasing faith. At ALC, we know we serve a big God...how can we help but think BIG?

Where we are headed
People are important. Because of this, we are committed to developing godly leaders to further His cause, just as Jesus had a heart to disciple and equip people for life and Christian service. We also purpose to be a positive influence in the world around us by being actively involved in our local community. In addition, we generously support those around the world who have committed their lives to do the same in places we cannot reach.
